Kebab light with tzatziki

The kebab is one of the most delicious dishes of ethnic cuisine, a street food with an intense flavor and pleasant, which we can easily build a light version that meets the desire of tasty dishes without affecting the line .

Kebab with tzatziki light – Ingredients

for 1 person

150 grams of chopped turkey
150 grams of salad novel
1 onion Tropea
1 tomato
hot pepper
salt

First prepare the sauce for the kebabs light .

cup of soy yogurt
1 small cucumber
1 sprig of mint
1 clove of garlic

olive oil

We have a piece of bread on the plate , cover it with the lettuce , add the tomato and onion and cook the meat after it has all blown over high heat for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
